Do you sell hosting?
We only host websites that we build to keep our servers fast and secure. Since we build the site we know exactly what to expect with the site and what files should be on the server. This greatly increases our security and site speeds.
Do you provide maintenance if we don't host with you?
Typically we only provide maintenance if we built and host the website. This allows us to fully control every espect of your website, plugins and hosting environment.
What is website maintenance?
Website maintenance is the act of regularly checking your website for issues and keeping it updated and relevant. This should be done on a regular basis in order to keep your website healthy, encourage continued traffic growth, and strengthen your SEO and Google rankings.
How often do you perform maintenance?
We have setup tasks for every client that we perform tasks for you weekly, montly, quarterly and yearly. Our maintenance is not limited to these predefined lists but we have found that this method works best to keep your site running optimally.
How long do maintenance requests take?
We typically complete the requested maintenance within three business days; although most of the time we can get to it within 24 hours (on weekdays).
Will my website go down during maintenance?
No, your web site will not go down while we conduct routine maintenance work on it.
